Do you often feel bloated after Christmas Day? The Griffithstown Harriers Boxing Day fun run is just what you need. A bit of fresh air and exercise could blow off the cobwebs.

It is run around two laps of a 2.5mile circuit in Llanyrafon and Croesyceiliog  but as it’s fun you can just do if the one if you don’t fancy the full distance. Walkers are also welcome to take part.

The race starts at 11am from the Olive Tree on North Fields off Edlogan Way. This is the old Girlings Club

Entry is £6 and includes a curry.  There will be showers for the runners and the bar will be open. Spot prizes will also be given.
