The organisers of Llany Live say there is “something for everyone” among the “incredible eclectic mix of acts” and family fun day.

The all-day festival is at Llanyrafon Primary School on Saturday 20 June from 12pm to 7pm.

The acts appearing on stage include Britain’s Got Talent finalist Travis George, local singers Chloe Griffin and Lisa C, 1940s band Toodlepips, and Serina, a local schoolgirl who reached the finals of UK Talent Search.

A spokesperson from the school’s PTA said: “Sip on a delicious cocktail from our fully stocked bar, indulge in a variety of mouth-watering food trucks, and browse a huge selection of stalls packed with unique gifts, crafts, and treasures.

“There’s plenty for the little ones too. Enjoy a range of free family activities including a race track, parachute games, soft play and a silent disco. We also have carnival games with prizes to be won, and much more. Meet some amazing vehicles up close, including American cars, a fire engine, and police cars, or visit our popular petting zoo for a hands-on animal experience.

“We’re also delighted to welcome a local children’s author Andy Wheeler, who will be hosting exclusive readings from upcoming sequels before they’re released, while the energetic Crazy Vibes Dance Troupe will be bringing colour, excitement, and entertainment throughout the day.”

Festival goers can swap their wristband after the event for £1 off a drink at Llanyrafon Social Club or free entry to Cheeky Monkeys play centre in Fairwater.
