Pupils at Pontnewydd Primary School decided to study Wales and British Lion rugby player Adam Jones as part of lessons on Welsh history and culture.
They were thrilled to see him visit the school so they could learn more about him. Their class has now been renamed after Adam’s birthplace- Abercraf in Powys.
