Torfaen Council will close two roads while contractors carry out resurfacing work
The improvements are two out of four schemes being done with a £238,00 Welsh Government grant.
- Llewellyn Road/Caradoc Road will be closed from 10.30pm to 6am from Tuesday 18 May to Friday 21 May.
- A stretch of Caerleon Road, near the farm shop approach to Ponthir, will be closed from 8.30am to 5pm on Sunday 16 May.
Diversions signs will be in place for both closures to show drivers alternative routes.
