Could you be one of the faces of Cwmbran Shopping?

A search has been launched to find the new faces of Cwmbran Shopping. If you think it could be you get down to town on the next couple of Saturdays.

The centre is searching for five local people to feature in marketing and publicity campaigns.

Spotters will be out and about around the centre on Saturday 13 and Saturday 20 April, looking for potential style icons and encouraging people to enter the competition.

The chosen faces will replace Natasha Deal from Ponthir, who was picked as the face of Cwmbran in June 2010.

Natasha, aged 21, has taken part in advertising, promotion and fashion assignments.

The new faces will be at the front of Cwmbran’s upcoming campaigns. You can also apply through www.facebook.com/CwmbranShopping or www.cwmbranshopping.co.uk.

The shortlist will be revealed in May, when people can vote for their favourite on Facebook. The winners will be announced in the week beginning 20 May.

Paul Rich, centre manager for Cwmbran Shopping, said: “This is a great opportunity for aspiring models, but we want people of all ages and walks of life to apply. We will be looking for people with great style, but more importantly bags of personality and confidence.”
