The Welsh Government remains in the dark about how much Wales will receive to cover the estimated £109m cost of tax rises in the public sector, a committee heard.

Vaughan Gething declared an interest as the Senedd’s petitions committee discussed calls for a crackdown on donations to politicians.

People would be given a vote on whether to remove badly behaving Senedd members from office between elections under new plans unveiled during January.

The Senedd has set out the next steps in its multi-million-pound search for offices in Cardiff Bay, with a final decision expected by the end of this year.
