Eadie is a year five pupil at Henllys Church in Wales School and a member of the writing club.

She’s written this review of Wonka, the book based on the 2023 film. Cwmbran Life is working with the club’s members to encourage them to try out different writing styles and get their work published online.

Author Sibeal Pounder known for her bestselling series Witch Wars and Bad Mermaids has released an even greater book, Wonka. Wonka was released in December 2023 and is loved by young readers already. I personally have absolutely loved reading this book. It feels so magical and gives me goosebumps reading it. It makes me excited to read it and is very child-friendly.

I found the printing was the right size and didn’t make it so it was so small that I didn’t enjoy reading it.
