Free community Coronation party and live band at the White Hut in Cwmbran

The White Hut in Cwmbran

The White Hut in Coed Eva is holding a free community party for local residents to meet up to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.

The event will be held at the White Hut on Saturday 6 May from 11 am until late evening. Volunteers have organised children’s entertainment, a pizza van, and a live stream of the coronation on a screen.

Local school pupils drew bunting and volunteers picked a winner from each school:

  • Zac D from Coed Eva Primary School.
  • Emily C from Nant Celyn Primary School
  • Myah C from Blenheim Road Primary School

Prizes for a raffle and games during the day

There will fun and games with prizes and a raffle. Local businesses have donated prizes.

Free live band in the evening

The event continues into the evening with live music from local band Savage Groove from 7.30pm
