Peter Alan and the Principality Building Society are moving into the same site in Cwmbran town centre that has been empty since Pizza Hut closed in August.

The window posters say:

Peter Alan are moving into a new branch with Principality Building Society. Together we're committed to Cwmbran and the Welsh High Street.

Peter Alan is the Society's subsidary estate agency. This will be the building society's 53rd branch. The current Peter Alan in Cwmbran is next to the empty Blockbuster shop in North Walk and will close when the new shared shop opens in General Rees Square.
