Cwmbran Town U13s were a “credit” to their club and town as flagbearers at Wales’ recent World Cup semi-final playoff match against Bosnia.
Team coach Mike Board said: “Their behaviour, attitude, and enthusiasm were a real credit to Cwmbran Town, showing great maturity and respect on such a big stage.”
The day started at 4pm with a behind-the-scenes tour of Cardiff City Stadium and a visit to the Wales team changing room.
Mike added: “A huge thank you to the FAW for continuing to offer these opportunities to the team. It was a proud moment for everyone involved, players, coaches, and parents alike.”
