A club official said it was the “biggest game in the club’s history.” The New Saints have won the league every year since the 2011/12 season. Celtic play in Division One of the Welsh Football League.
Football fans are being encouraged to come along and show their support for Celtic.
It kicks off at 1.30pm. The match is at Celtic Park- the pitch next to Cwmbran Stadium.

Twenty-two men and women crammed into the back room at the Queen Inn in Upper Cwmbran for the November meeting of the Gwent Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale. I’ve been a member of CAMRA for at least six years but this was the first time I plucked up the courage to attend a meeting.

Wayne’s last show, The Rat Pack, sold over a million tickets internationally and now his new show is starting on a UK tour.
The Love Machine is described as a “fun up-tempo show featuring the greatest love related songs of all time. Acclaimed lead vocalists share the love through the magical decades of popular music. Starting way back to the magical American Songbook with the likes of Cole Porter’s classic ‘Under My Skin’ rocking the 50’s as they ask ‘Why Do Fools Fall In Love‘ to 60’s pop and Motown there ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough‘ and then its party time ‘Hot Stuff’ from the disco era and beyond.”
The Christmas Show also features many festive favourites like – Santa Claus Is Coming To Town and White Christmas.

Cwmbran has its first tap room– a bar where you can buy a pint of beer a few metres away from where it was brewed. The award-winning Brew Monster is on Avondale Business Park.
