Description

Mac-Ed Training Academy are based in Cwmbran, Torfaen, South Wales. We specialise in all courses for Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Nails, Lashes and Barbering. Our academy is easy to get to in Springvale, Cwmbran within an easy walk from the town centre. We have such gorgeous premises with a beautiful, private garden and secure parking. We have a fantastic team of educators who have all had their own salons in the past and have vast industry experience.
 We are an experienced team of tutors and are highly qualified in the courses we deliver. Our quality of provision is excellent, and we ensure all learners are supported throughout their qualifications with us to perform at the highest level.
We offer short 1-day courses up to 30 weeks courses, all accredited by international awarding body - VTCT and ABT. We also offer bespoke training for salons, colleges, and can deliver within employers’ premises or here at our academy.
Our courses change frequently to stay up to date with industry needs. We are currently confirming our Fastrack facial programme which will give learners the opportunity to move into level 4 non-medical aesthetics.
We also work with local schools to provide an alternative curriculum for young learners aged 13-16. Referrals come from the school and are focused on young learners who are struggling with mainstream education. We work closely with them offering one to one support, pastoral care and small class sizes. We include mental health awareness training for our young learners and work to build self esteem and confidence whilst they are training with us.
We enrol frequently and offer private as well as funded courses, we also work with government and community organisations and can help retrain, upskill and support you on a new career path, contact us for more information on payment and prices.
