Abergavenny Food Festival 2025 was last weekend.
I headed up there on Saturday 20 September. It rained on and off throughout the afternoon but I was still able to track down a few people and businesses with links to Cwmbran and record some videos (scroll down).
It’s a cracking festival – great fun- with lots to see and do over the two days. There is a charge for a stroller ticket – but this gets you access to dozens of talks and cookery demos at various venues across the town.
I met Sarah from Madame Fromage, who has a shop in Abergavenny and a unit in Cwmbran.
And I chatted to Sara Butler, from Cook Stars, who runs cookery classes in Cwmbran and across the area. I also met Ffion, who works with Sara, a few years after taking part in her classes as a young child.
