The Pontnewydd Remembrance Sunday parade was on 9 November 2025
The parade formed outside Ladywell housing complex on Commercial Street at 10.25am.
It set off at 10.30am, led by the RAF Air Cadets 2308 Squadron Corps of Drums, along Mount Pleasant Road and Richmond Road.
I filmed this video standing at the junction of Commercial Street and the one-way system to capture everyone who took part.
The Rev Canon Brian Pippen, the honorary chaplain for the Royal Welsh, led the service.
Members of Cwmbran Brass Band played the music during the service. The roll of honour and the Kohima Epitaph were read out by Don Carr, from Pontnewydd Royal British Legion.
The Last Post was played by Deb Norman, of Cwmbran Brass Band.
