This story in the South Wales Argus, ‘Anger as new Cwmbran playpark is torched one week after opening’ has attracted a lot of attention today with loads of Facebook and Twitter comments flying around. Any extra publicity will help put the spotlight on the ‘scumbags’ who did this. The photo was above was sent to me by Alison Moss.

It happened on Sunday night.

Cwmbran Stadium was also broken into on Good Friday and a display TV screen and two charity boxes were stolen.

If you have any info on either incident call Gwent Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
