We have all jumped in the car and quickly stopped as people wave to say there is a handbag or cup of coffee on the roof of our car.
This photo looks like someone has enjoyed a walk in the rain at the boating lake but forgot to pack their car with something a bit more expensive than a latte.
I took this photo at 3pm today. The car park was empty.
Normally you would think an item like this was simply dumped but after a quick check I could see it is in great condition.
Also the pair of wellies next to the pram were a clue that this was an accident….
We took the pram and wellies to Cwmbran police station for safe storage in the lost property room.
