A talent show in Cwmbran has attracted ten entrants and organisers are inviting the local community to come and watch.
A team of volunteers from the White Hut Community Hall in Coed Eva have organised the event for Friday 25 August. Spectators are welcome to come along and cheer the ten acts . The show starts at 8pm and tickets are £2 or £5 for a family of four.
Rachael Williams, chair of the White Hut, told Cwmbran Life: “The White Hut Community Hall Committee are keen to help and support all aspects of our community. We had a few brainstorming meetings on how to engage and help and support families within the community and one idea was a talent show night. We have ten acts for Friday ranging from children to adults, singers, dancers, a magician and a comedian. We are looking forward to a local bank holiday family experience that is affordable and can reach all the community.”
