Signed sporting items including a Danny Gabiddon jersey and a photo of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard are to be auctioned at a charity night in Cwmbran.

UFC fighter Mason Jones has donated a signed walkout shirt and the Dragons RFC have donated a signed jersey. All the money raised at the event will go to Cancer Research UK’s Relay for Life appeal.

One2One mortgages and estate agents have collected the items and organised the event which takes place on Friday 1 December in the Cwrt Henllys pub from 7pm.

Businesses from the town including Greenmeadow Golf Club, BeVito cafe, and Iestyn’s Fish Bar have donated raffle prizes.
