You can recycle your real Christmas tree at Greenmeadow Community Farm in Cwmbran. A big pile of trees have already appeared outside the gates to the farm. The trees are chipped and used on footpaths and to help drainage in flower beds. Please make sure there are no decorations left on your tree.

13-year-old girl falls off bridge in Cwmbran
A 13-year-old girl fell off a bridge in Cwmbran last night. The teenager was taken to hospital after the incident on the ‘banana’ bridge that links Greenmeadow to Thornhill at around 7.30pm. Let’s hope she makes a speedy recovery. Thoughts are with her and her family.
