Children’s basketball club in Cwmbran
This is a great way for young people to keep fit. There are basketball clubs for two age groups every Friday at Cwmbran Stadium. Seven to 11 year- olds play from 5pm to 6pm and 11 to 16 year olds play from 6pm to 7pm.

These four members of staff at Fairwater leisure centre all swam a mile as part of the national Swimathon weekend. They each swam 64 lengths. Gethin did his 64 lenghs in a speedy 24 minutes by backstroke.
