Torfaen Warriors ABC is inviting men of all skill levels to join its new Men’s Fitness Boxing Class, held every Sunday from 11am to 12pm.
The sessions take place at the club’s gym in the hall next door to Cheeky Monkey’s Play Centre. The cost is £5 per person.
No experience is needed, and participants are encouraged to start at their own pace.
The class focuses on fitness, technique and confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.
