This is the new logo to celebrate Cwmbran’s 75th anniversary as a new town.

A series of events and exhibitions are planned in 2024 to promote the story of Cwmbran as a New Town. A music festival is taking place at Cwmbran Stadium in July with Goldie Lookin Chain as the headline act.

The logo can be freely used by any group, business or individual who organises an event to mark this year in the town’s history.

Cllr Leanne Lloyd-Tolman, chair of Cwmbran Community Council, said “We are proud, as a group, to launch this logo and to encourage residents, groups and businesses to celebrate 75 years of Cwmbran as a New Town”

The Cwmbran @75 Partnership is made up of Cwmbran Community Council, Croesyceilliog and Llanyrafon Community Council, M Cwmbran, Torfaen Leisure Trust, Gwent Archives, Torfaen Museum Trust, Llantarnam Grange Art Centre, Friends of Bruchsal Society, CoStar, Congress Theatre, Coleg Gwent, Torfaen Tourism Association, the Parkway Hotel and is open to any group who wishes to join.
