Teenagers aged from 14 to 18 can join a new basketball team in Torfaen.

The 20 Nuggets train every Friday at Pontypool Active Living Centre from 5pm to 6pm. It costs £4 a session but the first session is free. A poster advertising the club said: “Great opportunity to experience a new sport, have fun with your mates and exercise at the same time!”
