Police are appealing for information to find Colin Luce from Cwmbran after he breached his licence conditions after being released from prison

The 34-year-old man was jailed for burglary in July 2023. Gwent Police now say he has breached the licence conditions following his release and he has been recalled to prison. Luce also has links to the Swansea area.
