The former public toilet block on New Street in Pontnewydd has now sold.
A sold board has appeared outside the building, which was on the market in March for £40,000.
It’s been sold by Number One Real Estate who marketed the building as a “unique commercial opportunity” with strong visibility and steady footfall.
