The driver of our taxi simply said 'wow' as we pulled up outside the Queen Inn in Upper Cwmbran last night. The place was packed. He didn't try to get to the car park as the crowd outside was too large.

The time was about 10pm and the 100s of drinkers had enjoyed a day of live entertainment to raise money for the Royal Gwent hospital radio, Channel One.
