Randomz has just been set up to help unemployed young people in Torfaen get back into work or set up their own business.

The team is based in offices next to the Football Factory and they have some brilliant plans.

Some young people are already about to move into the building to use it as an ‘incubator space’ for their small business. The Randomz team have got funding from different grants to kickstart their plans which include training, support and mentoring to help young people make a success of their ideas.
