Heidi Perchard and Lisa Williams have been best mates for around 25 years. Today they turned a dream they’ve had for many years into a reality when they officially opened their new business. The pair run Glow Tanning and Aesthetics in Oakfield Shops. A crowd of around 50 people watched as the Mayor of Torfaen Jessica Powell cut the ribbon.
