The only way to find out what the new climbing wall at Cwmbran Stadium was really like was to attach a GoPro camera to my daughter’s head and send her on a one-hour session. This video clip was the result.

The indoor Go Vertical is great fun for all abilities and ages. Just before her session I saw one man finishing his session. His t-shirt was soaked through with sweat so it shows this is a new kind of workout available in Cwmbran.

The minimum age to climb is six years.

Bring out your inner ‘Big Kid’ and have great fun scaling the walls while getting yourself a great workout!

Weekdays – 3pm to 9pm (Term Time)
Weekends – 9am to 6pm

£8 junior (six-16 years)
£10 adult (17 years plus)

For £10 juniors can include a session at Go Play the indoor soft-play in the same room as GoVertical
